An account will be created when you purchase products or services from DBTRONIX; an account could also be opened by entering our Partnership program.
Q:
I am currently a Ontrack Data Recovery customer of DBTRONIX, how can I query the data recovery progress from the web?
A:
You can login by entering the login id and password as they appeared on the top-right hand corner of the data recovery receipt print-out. On successful login, choose "Current Jobs" to get the latest updates to the progress. Alternatively, you can enter the data recovery job id on the front page; and that takes you directly to the data recovery job in question.
