Website revamp completed and debuts today

DBTRONIX launches the new version of website today.  "The new website is the result of our dedication to improve communication with customers through the internet.  The layout is so carefully designed that everybody can get what they want with inituitive navigation system and keyword search engine.  Nevertheless, the greatest improvement being the ability to check the data recovery progress through the new membership system." said Mr. John YIU, sales manager.

This improvement also presents the upgrade to the integration of internal job-tracking system.  All data recovery job progresses are published to the web at a fixed interval.

Customers are alloted with an unique id when they send us their media for data recovery.  With this Id, customers are able to check the data recovery progress online in addition to phone based enquiry.
